Sure, you drink coffee to wake up, but why else? It’s social. That’s why Bryan Martinez started Deep Steep Coffee Co. in 2015, and now has a roasting facility in Land Park. Martinez says, “We’re having fun doing this,” and you might even taste hints of the music they listen to as they roast.
