Tomato party

The Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science continues to gift local food nerds with events to salivate over. They’re bringing together some top-notch food scientists—“flavor chemist” Dr. Ann Noble and Mondavi Institute executive director Dr. Clare Hasler—with a first-rate farmer, Thaddeus Barsotti of Capay Organic. Attendees will be treated to informative talks about these heirloom tomatoes and then will taste a selection from Capay Organic, with reception to follow.
