The Towe Auto Museum knows how to throw a party. On Friday night, the museum will host a screening of the 1936 Warner Bros. classic Cain and Mabel, starring Clark Gable and Marion Davies. The film features Academy Award-nominated dance numbers and classic love songs (Davies’ lover, William Randolph Hearst, spared no expense in the film’s creation). But that’s just the iceberg’s tip, baby. Dave Moreno will play the “Mighty Wurlitzer Theater Organ.” Vocalists Nick Langdon and Becky Kane promise a floor show. Come early and tour the museum’s collection of classic cars. It all begins 7 p.m. and admission is $8. Towe Auto Museum, 2200 Front St. Call 442-6802 for more information.
