Its most popular cocktail, the Blue Butterfly Lemondrop ($10.50), has house-infused vodka with real blue butterfly tea sourced from Thailand and packs welcome notes of lemongrass, ginger, orange and a bit of floral from chrysanthemum. This beverage is also known to change in color from dark blue to a beautiful lavender hue when citrus is added.
