The Original Sushi Pillow

Sometimes you just need to curl up with a good piece of fish. The creators of The Original Sushi Pillow understand this, and offer up a sweet recipe for a night of Z’s. Nigiri-shaped pillows featuring tuna and salmon—or ebi for those who prefer their bed accessories to be fully cooked—and sushi rolls are available for your cuddling pleasure. Designed by Cindy Tomm and Mel Maghuyop, the purpose of the sushi-inspired sleep goes beyond satisfying the waking dreams of countless college co-eds; their goal is to find “the harmony between food and art.” Despite the absence of unagi from the pillow line-up, the artists have certainly succeeded in their mission. Not to mention they bring new meaning to the phrase “sleeping with the fishes.”
