Eating a healthful diet with plenty of fruits and veggies seems complicated when factoring in that conventional-farming practices often involve the use of chemical pesticides. Helping arm consumers with purchasing knowledge, the Environmental Working Group has produced a Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides, which includes those to avoid (or buy organic) and those that are least contaminated.
