Want to book an eco-conscious vacation? RezHub.com has added a search feature to its Green Travel Hub that displays environmental features and ratings for hotels worldwide.
RezHub gives hotels a Green Score (one to five branches) based on practices such as energy conservation, recycling, water use and charitable donations. Among the 1,000 in the United States with an eco-friendly label are the Vagabond Inn Executive Corning and the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade.
As an added bonus, RezHub says it’s donating 20 percent of the proceeds from each trip booked through the Green Travel Hub to an environmental nonprofit chosen by the customer.
