How well is your child being educated? The Program for International Student Assessment (Pisa) recently found that American teenagers scored below average in math, along with Azerbaijan, Spain and the Slovak Republic (in the U.S., a printing error in the reading-test booklets resulted in no reported scores). Here’s a list of the best—and worst—10 countries in both categories.
