Is Musical Charis the hardest-working band ever to come out of Sacramento? Answer: You know I don’t know these things. But what I do know is that Musical Charis gives it up like few other groups. Such as this week, when half of Charis’ brain trust comes back to Sacto from Texas for a whopping seven local gigs in five days, including: Thursday at Freemont Park (16th and Q streets) at 11 a.m., Thursday night at Yager’s Tap House & Grille (727 Trader Lane in Folsom), Friday morning on KCRA, Friday night at Concerts in the Park (10th and J streets), Saturday night at Capitol Garage (1500 K Street), and Monday at The Press Club.
