My fondest memory of Midtown’s Old Spaghetti Factory is my mom throwing bread at me, missing and hitting a guy at a nearby table. Nice one. But the nearly three-hour waits on January 6, Spag’s 40th anniversary, are something I also soon won’t forget: This guy caravanned the family in from Galt to join hundreds queuing for $2 dinners (“Read about it on Facebook,” he said). Confirmed: There’s something in the clam sauce. All said, we’re not recommending you actually dine at Spag, but they will be offering 40 percent off dinners on Mondays and Tuesdays the rest of January.
