Three of Sacramento’s better male actors get together in Below The Belt, a dark comedy that opens this weekend. Stephen Vargo, Miles Miniaci and Shane Galloway will be featured in this effort by Front Row Center productions, which will be directed by Gabriel Montoya. The story involves some mysterious goings-on in a murky, bureaucratic/industrial setting.
