Nightlife

Sacramento has a reputation as an early-to-bed kind of town, and truth be told I don’t get out much after dark myself. But in case you’re looking for a late-night hangout, I asked David Feldman, chef de cuisine at 58 Degrees & Holding Co. (1217 18th Street, (916) 442-5858), where he likes to go when he gets off work:

1. “The Bonn Lair is my number one—actually, it might take up all the first three spots. The Bonn Lair has the best selection of beers, and they pour them properly. I don’t know too many other places that have lambics, like peach and raspberry.”

2. “I like Tapa the World a lot, especially their Kobe beef tapas. And they have really good Spanish wines—I like the Conde de Valdemar.”

3. The Raven. “The reason I go there is because of their bartender Brad Burger. He’s one of the funniest guys around.”
