I’m driving home from work and my car smells like sweet, smoky meat. Specialty butcher shop V. Miller Meats prepares a weekly, ready-to-eat meal for two people, on what’s affectionately known as Dinner Box Thursdays ($25). There’s always some kind of meaty centerpiece with a couple of veggie sides. Recently, it starred brisket, rubbed with a blend of Chocolate Fish Coffee Roasters espresso, garlic, pepper and other good stuff, which is also sold by the jar ($8).
