Live the cheesecake dream

For those who used to say “I want to be a one-person cheesecake factory when I grow up,” but then dashed aside that dream when woken up to the dirty side of dairy farming, don’t fret, for all is not lost. Baagan’s executive chef Angelique Miller will teach a vegan, raw, gluten-free cheesecake class, highlighting fall and winter holiday flavors. And yes, there will be samples. The class will be held Sunday, October 19, at 10 a.m. at the restaurant (910 Pleasant Grove Boulevard, Suite 160 in Roseville).
