The space once occupied by roast-beef-and-blues landmark Sam’s Hof Brau has been taken over by this San Francisco burger joint (although the old sign remains). The servers and clientele may be Folsom Street flamboyant, but the food’s your basic Americana—burgers and sandwiches—albeit with a California twist.
