This little column’s turning into the “High Priced Culinary Experience” blurb, no? Anyway, this week’s worthy food-adventure event is the annual Northern California Premium Sake Fest, next Wednesday, September 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento (1230 J Street, $55-$65). There will be plenty of Japanese fare to sample, and it’s rumored that one local chef will turn a 200-pound tuna into sashimi. Now that’s a big fish.
