Issue: April 08, 2010

Hi everybody,
Remember The Waver, that guy who walked between Carson and Reno every day and had legs like tree trunks? Reno’s sure got a history of long walkers. The subject of our cover story this week, Adam Bradley, walked the Pacific Crest Trail in a time that seems almost divine to us mere mortals who can’t bring ourselves to walk the two miles to work. There’s almost too much stuff in this week’s issue to put it in a newsletter introduction: STAR bonds, environmental research, moving theater troupes, baseball players, tasty Mexican food… sheesh! As always, though, thanks to each and every one of you for reading the paper. If not for you, we’d be wondering where our next burrito was coming from.
Thanks,
Brian
