A concrete sewer installed in 1956 is being replaced with PVC pipe. The replaced sewer extends from Kietzke nearly to Virginia along Grove with offshoots on Yori and Flagg. The work began Aug. 21 and was scheduled to wrap up Oct. 24. It is now expected to be completed Nov. 17.
