Smoke ’em if you got ’em

As if Chico hasn’t made it on enough top-10 lists lately, here’s another to add to its accolades. The Daily Beast recently tallied the “Most Stoned Cities,” based on criteria such as the percentage of the population who smoked in the past month (only cities with 30,000 people or more were included), the number of pot-related arrests, and how “pot-friendly” a city is. Most of those ranked in the top 40 are college towns, the Daily Beast reported. Below are the top 10, in descending order, including the percentage of regular users.
