Like the swallows to San Juan Capistrano or the buzzards to Hinckley, Ohio, Butte College students flocked back to school on the first day of classes this week. Here they are idling away the minutes while lined up on the Pentz Road exit off the south lane of Highway 99. The state is installing a traffic light on Pentz to regulate the flow of cars heading to the campus.
