I saw you, PG&E, double
charge me two months in a row and try to blame it on me! When I complained about the high rates, your “customer service” technician tried convincing me that my lifestyle or appliances were causing twice what I should be paying in energy costs. But after my tenacious attempt at getting to the truth, you agreed to do your “research” and discovered it was your accounting style. When I commented, “Geez, I wonder how many other people are getting double charged and are left to believe it’s their lifestyle?” your response was far from convincing.
