Here’s the gist: 16 teenage acts rock two stages at Sacramento Rehearsal Studios, with food vendors and art. Check out hard rock band URD-OM (pictured), the humbly named reggae-alternative rockers Nothin’ Special and skate pop-punk group Free Candy. 5749 88th Street.
