The Bureau of Reclamation’s annual Get W.E.T. event sounds like a shindig for spring breakers in Cabo San Lucas. At this event, however, “W.E.T.” doesn’t stand for wet T-shirt contest, but for Water Education Today. It’ll be a day to learn about water conservation with various games, interactive activities and information booths. The free family event will be Saturday, May 1, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at American River Water Education Center at Folsom Dam, 7785 Folsom-Auburn Road in Folsom.
