Water is money, friends. Learn to save both with a free water-conservation workshop hosted by the Sacramento’s Department of Utilities. By the end of the evening, you’ll know how to better irrigate your lawn, install water-saving devices in your house and tame your tap-water flow. The city’s water wizards will even explain how to get rebates on eco-friendly features you can add to your home. The seminar begins at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, at the Sam Pannell Meadowview Community Center, located at 2450 Meadowview Road.
