Most people go eat dim sum in a massive banquet hall on Stockton Boulevard, but sometimes you just want a quick fix. In this case, I’m talking about Dim Sum House on Broadway and its steamed barbecue pork buns. The buns have a perfect mix of hot, barbecued pork belly stuffed inside a fluffy dough exterior—melt-in-your-mouth, indeed. And at 80 cents per bun, they’re great for the frugal.
