Sometimes, when we look back at how a movement got started, we notice that certain persons or groups were pivotal in making a thing happen. Perhaps in the years to come, we’ll recall how local Latin-rock band Raigambre started booking other similar-veined Latin bands from out of town to accompany its local club dates. “We’re calling it the Chicano Groove Series,” band vocalist and percussionist Sam Miranda said. On Saturday at the Blue Lamp, 1400 Alhambra Boulevard, Raigambre will be joined by Inner City Soul, a Southern California band formerly known as East L.A. Sabor Factory, and Firme, a band from San Jose. The 21-and-over show starts at 8 p.m.; admission is $8.
