If you don't already know about the Farm-to-Fork Festival, you probably haven't been paying attention to SN&R's blog or calendar (or other local news outlets) recently. If somehow you missed it, just know that this Saturday, September 27, a bunch of people will get together to eat, learn about farms, and drink at the Sacramento Convention & Visitors Bureau-run event (free, 11 a.m. on Capitol Mall between Third and Seventh Streets; www.farmtofork.com/festival-info). Two other food festivals take place on the same day as Farm-to-Fork. The Latin Food & Music Festival ($5, free for children 12 and under; 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 27, at Cesar Chavez Plaza, 910 I Street; www.sachcc.org/festival) features food, dance, music and art from countries such as Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, El Salvador and Colombia. And the Weekend in Greece 2014: Greek Culture and Food Festival (free; various times on Friday, September 26, through Sunday, September 28, at Saint Katherine Greek Orthodox Church, 9165 Peets Street in Elk Grove; www.weekendingreece.org) offers three days of dance, food and good (Greek-themed) times.
