I'm a big fan of “weird” foods. So, I'm stoked about this event organized by the Munchie Musings blog. A bunch of top Sacramento chefs—including Billy Ngo (Kru Contemporary Japanese Cuisine), Patrick Mulvaney (Mulvaney's Building & Loan) and Pajo Bruich (Enotria Restaurant Wine Bar) will make dishes out of “spare parts.” $50, 2 p.m. at Mulvaney's Building & Loan, 1215 19th Street; http://offalday.eventbrite.com.
