Well-known for once fronting hardcore bands like Dance Gavin Dance, Emarosa and Ghost Runner on Third—and getting kicked out, or dramatically leaving, said bands—Jonny Craig now provides the lead vocals for local post-hardcore band Slaves. Craig is also a complex dude with his own soulful pop solo project, and he's not afraid to experiment with style. Enter his new collaborative project with Kyle Lucas and Captain Midnight. Their first album together, The Blueprint for Going in Circles, dropped in January and features Craig moving into the hip-hop world for the first time.
