Filmmaker Emily Lindin examines the history of the word “slut” and its impact with The UnSlut Project. Lindin was motivated upon reading stories about young women who'd committed suicide after being bullied and called the four-letter word. The documentary includes the retelling of her own experiences as well as interviews with young women, sexuality experts and others. Sacramento City College hosts a screening, with a Q&A with Lindin after. Free, 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 2.
