Atlantis

Rated 2.0 This is the weakest Disney cartoon in a long while. It ranks down there with The Aristocats and The Rescuers. Michael J. Fox provides the voice for the film’s central hero—a budding scientist who believes Atlantis exists and has a decent idea of where to find it. He then journeys to the lost city, a place as exciting as Denver. The animation, produced by the directors who put together Beauty and the Beast, seems a bit sloppy by Disney standards. There are no standout characters, and Fox’s voice can be grating at times. Severely lacking in the wonder department.
