City Theatre offers a new musical version of the classic children’s novel from 1908, The Wind in the Willows, a pastoral British tale with eccentric animal characters including Mr. Toad, Mole, Rat, and Badger, adapted and directed by Luther Hanson, who also composed show’s the original music.
