It's spring. In other words, it's time to grab a drink, dine al fresco and work on that tan on the patio. Or, just head to one of these food festivals: Bockbierfest, offering German food, beer and German music (6 p.m. to midnight on Friday, April 5; and 3 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, April 6, at Sacramento Turn Verein, 3349 J Street; $20; www.sacramentoturnverein.com); Sacramento Beer and Chili Festival, featuring a chili cook-off, live music, and beer from Hoppy Brewing Company and American River Brewing Company (1 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, at Fremont Park, 1515 Q Street; $20.75-$40; http://sacramentobeerandchilifestival.com); or Festa di Vino, serving wine from Sacramento-area establishments such as Clarksburg Wine Company and Michael-David Winery, and food from Blackbird Kitchen & Bar and Enotria Restaurant Wine Bar (6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center, 6151 H Street; $45; http://festadivino.com).
