Animal-liberation terror

Bold Native is a film about an animal liberator wanted by the FBI for domestic terrorism. It’s fictional, but it revolves around the nonfictional issues of modern animal farming—and the cheerleader from Glee, vegetarian Dianna Agron, even has a small role. The Sacramento Vegan Society hosts a screening on Friday, March 4, at 7 p.m. in Arden Park, in addition to author John Robbins, who famously rejected being heir to his father’s company, Baskin-Robbins. A $5 donation is requested, and an RSVP at www.meetup.com/sacvegansociety-org is required. The film is also available on iTunes. See www.boldnative.com for more info.
