Issue: May 29, 2014

Hey friends,
Welcome to this week's Reno News & Review!
Are you sick of hearing about Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his
redneck stand against the U.S. government? Yeah, us too. Fortunately,
in this week's feature story, our resident myth buster, news editor
Dennis Myers, points out all the holes in Bundy's arguments, so
hopefully this will be the last time we'll ever after have to talk
about the guy.
Also in this week's issue, our Green columnist Sage Leehey discusses
in a new development in that always punny energy-environmental issue,
fracking. Don't fracking miss it! Also, Georgia Fisher visited some
local nuns and Bob Grimm offers his take on the new X-Men movie. (He's a fan.)
As always, be sure to pick up a newsprint copy of the paper for
exclusive cartoons, columns and fire kindling.
Thanks for reading! If it weren't for you, we'd probably be off
defending our dirt farms from imaginary villains.
Cheers,
Brad Bynum
RN&R Arts Editor.
