Issue: March 01, 2012
Hi everybody,
Sex! Sexy, sexy, sex time! With senior citizens! People in this country are now more open and forthcoming about their sexuality than ever before. Hell, there̱s even a man running for president who̱s named after a byproduct of anal sex. (Thaṯs how that happened, right? The candidate is named after the frothy liquid? Not the other way around?) But there̱s one subject thaṯs still taboo: sex among the elderly. It seems people are still squeamish about grandparent sex. But it happens, and there̱s nothing wrong with it. Read the cover story in this weeḵs Reno News & Review to learn more.
Also in this weeḵs issue, we remember Nevada Senator Bill Raggio in the editorial and in Upfront. In Green, Ashley Hennefer examines the resolution of the tense situation surrounding the University of Nevada, Reno̱s field lab and Wolf Pack Meats. And theater critic Mark Dunagan gives a strong recommendation for Truckee Meadows Community College̱s current production of the downbeat musical Next to Normal.
As always, be sure to pick up a print copy of the paper for exclusive columns, cartoons and tactile sensations.
Thanks for reading! If it weren't for you, we could never hope to live long enough to enjoy senior citizen sex.
