Willie Hopkins is settling in as new dean of Chico State University’s College of Business—and taking a little ribbing from colleagues who like to point out that he is the seventh dean or acting dean in eight years. It hasn’t been easy for the college, which treasures accreditation and its reputation for turning out qualified graduates.
