Americans just not that into burger joints these days

Every year, the American Consumer Satisfaction Index surveys tens of thousands of Americans to gauge their love (or lack thereof) for fast-food joints. This year, McDonald's comes in at the bottom of the list, bested by restaurants with slightly nicer décor and many with healthier ingredients. Restaurants also were rated on order accuracy, food quality and customer service. Here's how people voted (score out of 100):
