Mayor Kevin Johnson presented 87-year-old Sacramento artist Gregory Kondos with a key to the city last Friday at the Crocker Art Museum. Kondos has been commissioned to paint “Sutter’s Gold,” which will be exhibited at the Sacramento International Airport’s new terminal.
