Turnout was lackluster at last Saturday’s “Pray & A.C.T.” day in Sacramento. Giant TV screens and portable toilets lined the Capitol Mall for blocks—but the streets were more or less empty. Most stood in “silent solidarity” near the Capitol, like John Yoo, who’s wearing red duct tape over his mouth to protest abortion.
