If you didn’t have the chance to witness the Jason Webley show at Luigi’s a few months ago, you missed out on two amazingly entertaining performances to a sardinelike packed house. Buster Blue, the opening act that night, is a bluegrass group from Reno, Nev., featuring accordion-playing, horn-blowing, banjo-plucking, chains, hootin’ and hollerin’.
