Each of the entrees we sampled was top-notch, and we found ourselves lusting for ones we missed. The New Mexican braised-beef omelet was a savory delight, and the wild-mushroom scramble offered the exotic earthiness of shitake, oyster and crimini mushrooms, with a bonus round of juicy chicken-apple sausage.
