My cousin once called them Men II Old Men. I’d say that’s merely an aspersion. They’re all still in their late-30s. Unfortunately for them, they haven’t had a chart-topping hit since the ’90s. Plus, one original member, bass singer (and talker) Michael McCary, has been away from the group for most of the last decade battling medical issues. While it’s hard to say goodbye to the Boyz of yesterday, they’re still the best-selling male vocal group of all time. Besides, you can’t deny complex harmonies, tight arrangements and catchy lyrics.
