Mana Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar

The turn off Fulton Avenue onto Alta Arden Expressway is dark at night, but you can see Mana diners happily eating their Japanese meals almost every night of the week (except for Sundays, when it’s closed). The sushi and sashimi are artful. The miso is outstanding. So is the service.
