Drink me: Ease on down the path

Enlightenment, Temple Coffee

It's early in the morning and I hate it. The invigorating breeze rolling down Ninth Street and the warm sun on my face mean nothing as I glare from Temple Coffee's patio. But instead of taking my usual black coffee to assuage the bitterness, I choose the path of Enlightenment. A smooth, yet rich drink made from green tea, honey and steamed soy milk, the floral sweetness of the Enlightenment ($4.65) is soft enough to ease the morning tension. Even the most antisocial java junkies can (and probably should) put down the espresso for this one. 1010 Ninth Street, http://templecoffee.com.
