Bamboo

Pho Hoa Viet, which has a half-dozen noodle shops in the region, has hit a home run with its newest venture, a more upscale rendition of Vietnamese cuisine. Bamboo offers a wide variety of pho and charbroiled meats, but its dinner entrees are outstanding.
