E:Motion Dance Ensemble will perform an eclectic mix of dance and musical theater during No Holds Barred We Can Do Anything Friday, September 5, at 7 p.m. and Saturday, September 6, at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at Benvenuti Performing Arts Center, 4600 Blackrock Drive. The group features professional dancers who fuse classical ballet, musical theater, modern dance and jazz in their performances. No Holds Barred will include the full-length premiere of The Long Road, featuring music by Sacramento band Ain’t Betty, the contemporary ballet Allegro con Brahms and a saucy musical theater performance of The Rocky Project, which is based on The Rocky Horror Show.
