Dominic Panziera works on a mosaic in the new courthouse annex. The mosaic,designed by Panziera and Daniela Garofalo, is titled “Reno.” It was fabricated at their shop in Truckee, taken to Reno on plywood sheets, laid out like a giant jigsaw puzzle, and then painstakingly installed piece by piece.
