Less than two weeks remain before the Nov. 7 election, and unless you’re an absentee balloter who beat the rush, your sample ballot probably has a lot of blanks.
North State voters have gotten bombarded with campaign ads this season—many so convoluted or contradictory that it’s hard to know where to stand. The information booklet is not much help, unless you’re a speed reader with a law degree.
