A new president may bring feelings of hope to many Americans, but let’s face it: Times are tough. Nothing is going to change overnight. And with the economic recession bringing job losses and asset meltdowns, people are feeling more pressure than they were a year ago.
Pressure breeds stress. Stress breeds medical problems. So, for our annual Health & Fitness issue, the CN&R decided to focus on that physiological problem and offer solutions—some obvious, others (hopefully) revelatory.
